Our sincerest apologies for such a late letter.  Since our return from our
trip to India, we have been to Vietnam and Cambodia and now I am preparing to leave for Washington and Chicago, while Han is in Strasbourg (for the moment).  In between, are groups to different parts of the world.  We had wanted to set aside some time to write a more eloquent letter, but timing is just as important. If I waited for more time to write a better letter it
will be by earliest 25 May. So here goes.....

On behalf of Hans Vanmaele, Daniel De Wever and the group of Zurich, I would like to extend our deepest appreciation and commendation to you and your company.  Our recently concluded incentive trip to New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Goa and Mumbai is remembered by the group participants with admiration and enormous appreciation.  All this is not possible without the efficiency, professionalism, initiative, creativity, resourcefulness and dynamism of the Creative Travel team led by Deepak and the equally essential assistance of Lalit.

As upmarket incentive organizers, we have operated many groups with most
impressive programs all over the world in the past 12 years, we have seen
many beautiful sights, breathtaking wonders by nature and man, worked with many interesting people, it is however not often that we come across an extraordinarily professional team such as Creative Travel.  From planning to more importantly operations, your company has displayed all the characteristics any organizer would find a delight to work with (it means
less work for us and more empowerment to you).  Please extend our deepest gratitude to Deepak and Lalit.  Together they moved the operations team with foresight and careful and safe planning and monitoring.  For these reasons, your company will be remembered as one of the most outstanding dmc's we have had the pleasure of working with.

It will be unfair to write down all details of how Deepak and Lalit showed
extraordinary operational prowess (as we may forget to write an equally
important detail) and client/service distinctiveness.  Rest assured, as
experienced upmarket organizers, we congratulate you for having a powerful
team.  Please also thank our guides who have been distinguished, very
efficient, friendly and responsible, the distinguishedly dressed porters and
assistants at the airport, our safe and thoughtful drivers and all those
responsible in making our group event a successful and memorable one.

Rajeev, I do regularly come across other European based incentive buyers and assure you that I will refer business your way.  Thank you very much for
your efficient and persuasive sales, above all thanks for exceeding our
expectations and showing us that they were more than mere professional sales talk.  We appreciate the attention your company has given us and look forward to doing more business with you.
